I have shopped here numerous times and have taken many friends and family members to this great store. There only reason I don't give it 5stars is it lacks great customer service. This store is definitely worth the visit, it's difficult to leave without buying something.

After using things like the All-Clad D5 pots and pans, SHUN knives, Epicurean boards and Vitamix, we are very pleased with our choices and the recommendations from the Lakehouse staff. Money well spent for quality kitchen products!

Amazing supply of different machines, accessories, pots, pans and endless more. Got an esspresso machine recently and it has truly felt like it has changed my life. If I could rate more than 5, you bet I would. Thanks again. Will be back soon.

She even Christmas wrapped my gift gorgeously. I didnt have to do anything. Christmas done and it is a amazing wrap job. The employees were all warm and welcoming and very helpful. There was another employee (she was also lovely and polite) offering freshly made mulled wine. Made by their in hose chef (booonussss am I right!?). Not to mention the store and everything within it is absolutely gorgeous and even well priced. How have I been missing out on this store my entire life? 110% will be doing more of my shopping here in the future!

It's become my go-to place for high end kitchen "tools", from Le Creuset, to Breville, to high quality unique pieces.

The most I have ever spent on dinnerware expecting a great product for the price! Not the case! A year later we are down half of what we purchased. And we are not a family that’s hard on dishes. They are chipped, cracked and broken. Not at all impressed for the amount of money we paid!
