It is very bad for business to not open after your customers have paid for parking. On previous visits the lady was quite rude. She has great taste merchandising her store but not an ounce of tact with customers.
C	Colin van der Kuur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sitting in the blackfish store right now. My wife dropped a good chunk of change and bought a couple extra items to see if they would work. They weren't suitable so we wanted to return them while we kept the rest of the purchases. The store policy does say only exchanges and no refunds. Unfortunately my wife didn't see it and her best friend who claimed this as her favourite store was unaware of the policy as well. The salesperson told them discounted merchandise was unrefundable. The clothing we were returning were full ticket prices. They only offer store credit which is unhelpful since we live out of town. The boutique is nice but the customer service ruins the whole experience. Shop elsewhere. We offered to cover whatever transaction fees were incurred and own our part. We talked directly to the owner who said there was nothing she could do. Blackfish is no longer my wife's friends favourite store either.

Just before I opened the change room curtain she came and opened it herself and proceeded to put away the clothes making comments that almost make you feel ashamed that you tried on more than 1 item of clothing. There was a small hole in the dress we were interested in so we inquired about a discount. She abruptly replied no and said that it's 50% off. We looked at the tag and there is no discount showing on the tag. She said yep, it was on sale. If we hadn't so desperately needed that particular colour of dress we would have no way supported that business. We will not be back.
