I purchased a dress that costed around approx $100 back in June for an event that was happening in September. I wore the dress for the September event and then washed it as described on the tag. I went to put it on to wear a second time and found that it shrunk in size considerably. I can no longer wear this dress. Today, I phoned the store and asked if there was anything that could be done. I was told that since I purchased the dress in June and their store policy only allows for returns two weeks after the purchase, there is nothing they could do to help me. What kind of customer service is this? I understand there are polices however you should stand behind products you are selling in store. Last time I support this store and will be sharing this story to others.

Here on vacation and my wife was here to find something to purchase. Nobody else in the store, yet they were more concerned about not letting them come in as my 13 year old had a cup of ice cream. Asked if it was okay to leave her at the entrance while my wife shopped. The employee said that was not acceptable. She decided to leave and take her business to a merchant that appreciates a consumer ready to support their business. Welcome the customer and give us a reason to want to do business here.

I recently received a birthday present from my mother and the tag ripped off when I tried it on. I had the tag and went to the store to return it a day later to pick something that I liked. The front end staff said there was nothing they could do and they make zero exceptions if the tag falls off or is tampered with. I have never heard of a store having a policy like this and being so unwilling to accommodate. I used to shop here a lot and love the store but will never recommend or shop here again.

Went to blonde two weeks ago, was overwhelmed by all the beautiful pieces and welcoming vibe. Staff was friendly and accommodating, super helpful, and helped me find the perfect romper. Had such an incredible experience, I had to back a week later and buy a few more show stopper pieces for my summer wardrobe. Thanks for being my one and only go to local one stop shop:)

I have been shopping at Blonde for years. I love the warmth of the staff when I walk in the door as well as a selection of quality and unique clothing. I buy a piece monthly to add that special "Wow" factor to my look. I've been stopped so many times with women asking me where I got my piece. I should be on commission for sending so many customers their way. I love shopping local and this store has it all.

BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!!!!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. The other lower scored reviewers obviously have never worked in customer service. a policy is a policy and is in place for a reason, don't like it? don't shop there. Blonde is always up to date on the latest styles and trends. Whenever I am in there I always leave with a new item to love and show off. Adorable, bohemian, funky clothes! Everyone there is super friendly along with the owner and her adddoooorrrrablleeee son! I always feel welcome. Great job ladies! <3

I purchased from here several times over the years as I like the clothing brands they carry and there’s few places locally that do. However the store policies make it so that I always end up regretting choosing them. For example during this pandemic I purchase more online to avoid spending too much time in store. When I went in store to pick up the items I ordered I tried on one of the hats and it just didn’t fit right but they had nothing else in the colour I wanted. They would not return my money only a credit. I just spent almost $400 and none of the items had even left the store yet...I spend more than I care to admit on clothes as I love good quality. However if something doesn’t fit or doesn’t work I should be okay to change my mind. There’s just sooo many options online of other boutiques not too far that have amazing return polices and are much more flexible so I pick them over here every time now. It’s just the safer choice. In response to your latest edited response I’ve reduces stars. Your lack of integrity is revealing. You keep changing your response. I have a record from google for each and every new edit you know... And what do you think your policies say to your customers: I don’t care about you nor your satisfaction with your purchase. It doesn’t matter if your purchase never left the store, or if it was defective and definitely not if you got home and just changed your mind. Store credit only. Once this store has your money it’s theirs to keep. No other small shop I order from has such policies. Businesses small or otherwise need to earn your hard earned money. Support those that appreciate you back!

Cute boutique, with trendy pieces. I visited over the summer and purchased a couple of items and I was more than thrilled with them. When I returned home and had an issue with a romper that I had purchased, I reached out to them via IG, and the owner Raegan responded. She was kind enough to help me resolve the issue, and was so kind! Incredible customer experience! Would definitely go there again!
