★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here before and I love the product. The reason why I'm leaving two starts pertains to the staff and how they treated my partner when he entered. They were absolutely rude and dismissive. It's a shame because I love the product, I'm just deterred by the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't begin to describe how much I love this store. Everything inside is funky and artsy from their jewelry and scarves to their plates and cutlery. The unique, one of a kind selections are perfect to make any outfit or house perfectly quirky. The staff has always been kind and helpful with every visit and I can honestly say that the only bad thing about this place is that I want absolutely all of it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted to give this cute little shop 5 stars and a raving review as a plant and local jewellery lover, but browsing today left me feeling bad vibes.
It felt like I couldn't browse or look at price tags without being 'watched' like a hawk, even though I respectfully used sanitizer and a mask which were provided. I don't think anyone even asked me if they could help me or if I had any questions and I was the only person in there. Because of this, there were 3 cute items I chose not to purchase, and I probably won't be back anytime soon knowing I can still support the artists directly.
I would definitely keep in mind that gift shops like this one rely heavily on foot traffic and browsing (even during this pandemic) is part of keeping these businesses afloat.
It just personally feels out of alignment when you promote 'good vibes' through merchandise in your shop, but then the patrons are getting less relaxed uptight atmosphere through staff interactions. Less fear, more love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite shops in Kelowna. Such a cool collection of bc made items, the staff are most excellent snd friendly, and omg the PLANTS. Super cool varieties, very well taken care of. Every plant I've purchased from here is THRIVING at home. Definitely check this place out!
