Have enjoyed the black pepper beef, orange chicken, sweet-and-sour pork, ginger beef and honey garlic. For the price, sometimes the portions can be rather stingy, but it depends on the server. We usually get the 2-3 item combo. It seems if you get the four items, they skimp on the portions. Also, at times it felt customers are part of an assembly line, they're not that personable. But the food is tasty and their location is definitely convenient. It's pretty good for takeout Chinese food.

Another patron arrived after I had been waiting over 25 min and was also told “10 minutes”. In response to the owner’s comments below: Waiting 10 to 15min is fine. I was alright waiting. But to be told 10min…then 10 min later another 10min…then 5min later it was still 10min…that’s the problem.
r	ryan seely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epic fail! I thought I’d give this place another try. Big mistake. I ordered a regular meal which came to over $20 (too much for mall food). The food it’s self was terrible! I ask for a refund and they just said NO. I went somewhere else to eat. I then went back again to ask for a refund. A manager or owner was called. He said since they can’t use the food again I can’t have a refund, it costs them money. I said “ your right, the loss is just part of doing business.” He then agreed with me, obviously not understanding good customer service. I would have expected a refund for such revolting food. If not a refund then an offer for something else or a coupon, but no. I will never go to this place again. I have never given a review, but would like to warn people to stay away from this poor establishment. The service and food should not be something we as people have to put up with. Very disappointed.

My wife ordered bbq Korean chicken (or something like) and an older man served her up. An old lady yelled at him and took some chicken off the plate. Presumably for serving up too much chicken. The girl who rang us in, rang in an extra meal with ours . She said she would refund the whole meal and then just charge us for our 2 plates. This was done using Interac and I still don’t have the refund in the bank. So now we have paid for 5 meals not 2. Refunds should be instantaneous no? Feels like I got scammed here. We won’t be back. Update: bank did not show refund.
