Website said flu shots available! Called store and was told no they weren’t. Had taken the time to register, but was told website was wrong? Told them to get it fixed. Not done! Worst pharmacy in Lethbridge!

Absolutely disgusted with Shoppers north. they have Absolutely 0 compassion, care about anyone other than themselves. Also if u jet the death GMO JAB from shoppers and have adverse effects, sue shoppers as they should know better what is in the fake GMO vaccine and administrator anyways to anyone stupid enough to take it over a covid, sars 2, common cold. do research and prove me wrong

Never buy "the perfect gift" prepaid visa/mastercard. I was given one as a gift back in October, awhile later I decided to register the card to use it online. It wouldn't register, so I called the number on the card, which sent me an automated answering service with no available option for the issue I was having. Once I was finally able to talk to a person they told me the card had not been activated initially at shoppers. So I went back to shoppers, no one there knew what to do. I was then given a card for the store manager. I emailed them and was told they don't deal with that issue and they gave me the hotline to call.... I called the hotline, told again that they aren't the ones who deal with the issue. Then I was transferred to another department who told me they were busy and would call me back. They called me back eventually, at 10 o clock at night! Only to be transferred again. This time the reception was really bad and the call was dropped, they never called me back... So I waited a few more days to see if they would call me back, of course they didn't. So I called the shoppers hotline again to start the whole process over again. I got transferred a few more times and finally spoke to someone who was in the right department. They opened me a case and sent me a dispute form. The dispute form has sections for me to fill in and information they already had filled in that I can't change. But the form has a bunch of wrong info on it that I can't change! Months later my card still will not work... I called 1-800-shoppers, multiple times. I keep getting transferred to other departments that are busy, then got called back at 10pm. It's looking like the card was probably a scam. I'll make sure my mother who bought me the card knows she got ripped off and doesn't shop there anymore.

BROOKE in Beauty Department. Northside I live nearby and come to this Shoppers often. Every time I've had an interaction with her, she is awfully rude and low key racist, she had belittled me and talked down to me. There was an incident recently where I had been waiting in line behind a few customers and when I come up to the counter for my turn, she became hostile and rude, made me feel like I was below her. I had to bring some things back in return from beauty section, she had been implied I had stolen an item. I had proof of receipt and due to the entrance doors b being right beside the beauty counter, she made an assumption. I had asked for a manager on the weekend or supervisor. She responded to me "I am the manager. There is no one else with authority above me here." I had researched online for their head manger and found out Brooke was not the manager. She was unprofessional and discriminating. I had called the 1-800 number, hoping they can resolve this. I've had friends who had come into this location on the Northside and stated the same thing for their employees. There is no respect or good customer service. I am highly disappointed.

Big fail by shoppers north. Was discharged from the hospital and needed a prescription filled and they refused, said they were yo busy. They still had a half hour before closing. Will never go back. Went to Walmart next door and out in 10 minutes. Thank you Walmart!

Pharmacy here is terrible. Got a text saying there was a refill for my prescription waiting to be picked up. Called and confirmed this as I’m working out of town so didn’t want to waste my time, the lady said yes she checked and made sure it was there ready to be picked up. Called a week later to double confirm before I left this weekend & get my prescription faxed to a new location, they said no there’s no prescription ready to be picked up and I have no refills which is completely different than what I was told a week before. Whoever the lady I spoke to was, had some attitude for whatever reason and told me I should β€œgo to a walk in clinic” to get a new prescription. Not to mention every time I go to this location to get a prescription it takes forever to be filled. Definitely will not be going back here for any reason whatsoever. Lost a customer of 4 years due to your pharmacists not knowing what they’re talking about. Maybe educate them on their job so people don’t have to go through this!

Is there even a question - yes it’s best place. All products are stacked properly and looks so much in order and neat. Staff is always very friendly ( even when we visit later in day) they also help and guide to get exact product according to need of customer. Lots of good clearance products !!!
