★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I go into the North Lethbridge Pharmacy for a prescription refill (which is typically once a month) the staff always miss one of my prescriptions. Today they told me it was because I ran out of refills which is a total lie. I brought in a brand new prescription refill in November with 6 refills and they claim I’ve used them all which is impossible since insurance only covers my meds to be refilled once a month. I called my doctors office to confirm this and they proceeded to call the pharmacy and the pharmacist argued with her on the line that I have no refills left. She confirmed that I had 6 new refills. I have been a customer at Walmart north for four years and will now be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere thanks to the horrible customer service.
