★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We originally called to get a quote for all of our insurance needs (home, auto and trailer). Was forthcoming with all information about claims and everything, was reassured that everything was good, we switched over to them. Within 2 weeks, we found out that one of our vehicles is not going to be fully insured, even though the claim in question was a not at fault claim. Our previous insurance company warned us about something like this happening and even though we were reassured by the ‘new’ company nothing like that would happen, it did. This has been an absolutely horrible experience for us. Would not recommend.

I've been a customer since 2003 and have never considered switching to another provider as they offer competitive rates and have a highly-responsive team with the best customer service, and very accommodating.
