We get photos here quite often. They are always friendly and great with children! Always good deals too! :) they’re great with my 4 children!

Worst place in the world for taking picture. They suppose to open 10 to 5. And they don’t. I went in Sept 24 2019, to Walmart North ( Lethbridge) at 2:40, the guy almost kick me out just saying came back at 4, I can’t right now. 2 days before was close.I went to Shoppers good price m, friendly personal. Or Costco is even cheaper. I try to contact the manager unsuccessfully. GO ANYWHERE ELES if you have to pay a bit more is worthy

I am thoroughly disgusted with the Walmart Portrait studio in the northside Walmart in Lethbridge. I had a couple of passport photos taken a couple of weeks ago and once I got them home, I realized I only had 1 copy of each photo when I clearly asked for 2. I returned to the store today and the same photographer was working and I explained what had happened and even told him that I was willing to pay the cost again because I needed these photos today. He was very rude and told me that I must have lost the photos once I left the store and that he does a hundred passport pictures in a month and he would never make that mistake. But he did make that mistake, on 4 different photos.... he was very arrogant and rude and basically told me it was my fault and if I didn't like it go elsewhere, so I did. I will NEVER deal with these guys again and if needs be, I'll drive to Calgary for a passport picture. What a waste of time and money and to be treated as garbage, customer service at it's best!!

HORRIBLE customer service-please tell everyone you know to NEVER book photos at either the North Walmart or the Sears portrait studios in Lethbridge, EVER! All I needed was one single digital professional photo taken and put onto a CD for my employer. They quoted me $19.99 for this service. Booked my appointment on a Thursday for the following Sunday. Received a call on Saturday advising that their camera broke and that I would need to reschedule my appointment for the following Tuesday. I advised that I needed my photo to submit to my employer on Monday, and they offered to have me sent over to their Sears location as it is apparently the same photography company at both locations, and they also confirmed that the price would be the same at both studios. When I spoke with the Sears location they told me that it would cost me $99.99 for what I needed, and that I had been quoted the wrong price by the Walmart location. The Sears location called back to the Walmart location to advise that they gave me the wrong price, and the Walmart location proceeded to tell them that I was quoted the wrong price by whoever booked my appointment, and that they would not be honoring the price I was given. I was told that I would receive a call from a manager at the photography company that same day to resolve the issue, however no one bothered to call me back. So not only did they cancel my appointment and leave me in a complete bind to begin with, their alternative to have me sent to their other studio and have me pay a way higher price because one of their employees gave me the wrong price is their way of helping me out. So here I am on the Sunday before the day I need to submit my photo to my employer, and I have no idea what I'm going to do. There is no where else to go on a Sunday for a professional photo, especially without an appointment. I'm sure my employer will understand but that is not the point-customer service is clearly not a priority for this company. Go somewhere else, even if it costs more money....this place is not worth it!

Terrible experience here. Booked a quick photoshoot for my sons 6 month mark. I called and talked with the photographer who said she was going to do the shoot. I told her what props I was bringing, how old my son was, and a few poses I had in mind and booked the appointment. I show up day of my appointment, on time, and there's only one guy there and he's editing photos with a family there. He looks up from the computer and says "can I help you? " I said yes we have an appointment. "Oh...kay.. *checks his computer* can you give me ten minutes?" I say yes of course and take a seat with my husband. We proceeded to sit there and wait for over an hour while he went over pictures with this other family. Our baby was finally fed up and we left after an hour and fifteen minutes. The guy didn't say a single thing to us other than "can you give me ten minutes". I called back and complained to the manager and rebooked for the manager to do the shoot with promise he would make it up. My husband wasn't able to take MORE time off of work to go with me so I went alone. The manager who did the shoot basically did nothing but push a button. I had to set up any prop and pose my baby. He was checking his messages on his smartwatch while I was trying to make my baby smile for the photos. After 3 very basic poses where I placed all the props his camera malfunctioned and he couldn't get any more photos. We take a look and he doesn't do editing really... maybe a bit of cropping. Then he tries to sell me these $150+ packages when I have like 3 photos to choose from. I say I just will pick a sheet or two... I was really not impressed with the photos. He kept checking his messages on his smartwatch. I then asked if there was any incentive for me from the previous incident? He had forgotten and offered me one free 8x10 for my trouble. I agree, pay my $20 or whatever for the two photos I got and leave very frustrated with the whole experience. Three weeks later I get a phone call saying my prints are in. They close at 5pm so not once but twice after work rush in to get my prints and get there at about 4:55. They were already closed up, lights off and gate closed. The second time there was a girl in there so I said hey can I just grab my photos? She replied "No... I've already clocked out..." So I've now made 4 trips to this studio and spent a LOT of my time for 3 mediocre pictures that I have yet to receive that I've already paid for. Worst costumer experience of my life! Save yourself the time, money, and trouble and find a different photographer.

I went back to this place after a long time. just wanted a quick passport photo and the girl there was very rude she wasn't interested to answer any of my questions . last year I have taken few passport photos for my kids when they had the sears studio and a girl was working there was amazing she always helped us and did her best to take our new born sons passport photo i don't remember her name starts with M mihik or something she used to work at Walmart location as well sometime but this time i did not see her i guess she doesn't work there anymore . but this time the girl works there has no customer service skill and she calls herself manager no wonder why they lose the good staff it was horrible she didn't even know what size of passport i would need . i ended up not taking it and never show up after she asked me to come back to pick up the photos.

Carissa was great! She took an incredible passport picture of our 22 month old. She was patient and gave us time to get our toddler comfortable with the environment. The picture couldn’t have turned out better! Very happy

Our photographer was so fun and comfortable with our toddler! I was worried our nearly two year old would have a hard time in the environment but Marco was prepared! Everything a toddler needs for a shoot, wipes, candy, toys, different back drops and patience!! We had a lot of laughs during our studio shoot and we were happy with Marco's editing and understanding of what it takes to photograph a two year old. Thank you very much Marco :)
