β β β β β Talk about a game changer for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.
When I was diagnosed with celiac disease, my life changed dramatically, particularly when it came to the foods I can eat. I have tried many different gluten free breads and all of them were barely eatable, in my opinion. This was something that didn't sit well with me as bread and biscuits were something I really enjoyed before being diagnosed and thought I would never be able to enjoy again....
I then tried the Garlic cheese buns from Loving Spoonful Gluten Free Foods and they are to die for. The flavour is out of this world and the texture is excellent!
It is such a great feeling finding a bun that I can eat and truly enjoy. I look forward to discovering what other delicious options Loving Spoonful can add to my gluten free lifestyle.
