He did a great job and it made a great birthday present for my daughter. She loves and we couldn't be happier. Great service, thanks Fred!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my bike in indicating problems with gear slipping and the chain binding up - I believe maybe he thought a tune up would fix it - the chain seems like he lubricated it so it isn't as bad, but it was clear he did not do a test ride, as the gears slip as bad maybe worse than before - there was no recommendation to replace any parts to make it better, as I would have been willing to spend more money (and I clearly stated on drop off that I don't mind putting a couple hundred into repairs if need be). I wish you all the best with your business, however I personally will not be coming back, sorry man.
