Was harassed, bullied and belittled as I was working with my Service dog, many staff and customers made it extremely difficult. When I first went in they locked the doors, threatened police, and told me not to return. Due to my limited transportation I had few options so did return, and saw other service animals. It's not the worst, I see improvements, but still a lot problems for with disabilities. *I actually remembered a few more recent times, and am giving an extra star.

What a terrible store. It was dirty and smelled like mildew thru the whole store. The food was very poor quality, a lot of it looked wilted, old, very close to looking like stuff is toss in the garbage. I picked up a stalk of celery and it was limp and bendy, it would have rotted within a day or 2. Even the way the food was displayed was unappealing. I refused to buy anything there and we left. It was hard to find an exit and we had to go thru the self checkout area which was extremely crowded and no ability to social distance. The whole experience was gross.

Other than exorbitantly priced to their own pocket lining,was good One minor detail,NO REGULAR. TABLE SALT ,,a store void that size ,NO table salt . Seems a bit ridiculous that something that common , considering its in just about everything I can't purchase purchase it even in smallest amount. My options ,sea salt in big crystals,garlic salt ,onion salt ,NO TABLE SALT !!

Last time I gave you 5 stars for this store, as well as for the service provided by the staff. Today I had not a good experience. You should tell your staff/your manager Never to argue with the Customer/ the Consumer. You exist and are successful because of your Customer / the Consumer. When you make announcements that you Stand By Your Products and Customer , your staff should exhibit the same in Action too. Your "Compliments Whipped Salad Dressing" is "Extraordinarily" Sweet...."As Sweet As a Dessert". I explained this to your staff and your Manager who didn't bother to understand. I was shocked when she said, "We cant take the product back and refund you just because you font like it" . Well your product is "Faulty" , it is Several Times much much more sweeter than Miracle Whip & Mayonnaise. It is As Sweet As a Dessert. Taste it and decide for yourselves. And the best part (or worst), a White Caucasion Customer just before me returned "Cauliflower" produce/vegetable which he'd bought a few days ago , the lady happily gave him refund, didn't even bother to take his phone number. And when I had a Genuine Reason, I was argued and challenged? Why? Because I'm from a visible minority and brown skinned? Which indicates that the lady who accepts returns at the cash counter, 'discriminates' between customers???

Some empty shelves, they were rearranging the store, but I do believe some inventory may not have been available. Some good deals, but meat prices still too high and selection was inadequate. Normally a good store but today was a little lacking. Found most of what I needed. Hopefully this is temporary.

We went on a Sunday and it was busy, but it went quickly and the cashier we had was lovely. It was exciting to see they have wine and beer here. They also have food we don't normally see in our small town so that was nice! Very good assortment!

I shop at this grocery store for all my needs on a daily basis. I love the fact that I can buy beer here. My cat doesn't like her choice of food I bring home for her because there isn't too much of a variety. Recently they've completely re-arranged all of the aisles so it's taking me quite a bit longer to find things also. I also had a run-in with the one security guard there. When walking up to the entrance I saw a cart with a quarter still in it, so when I went to push it into the other carts to retrieve this quarter, he came out of the store telling me "No no, that cart is for customers". So naturally, being a regular customer, I asked him "what the ? I come here every day--i Am a paying customer" etc. and as we were exchanging words a man coming out of the store saw what was happening, pushed the cart into the other carts, took the quarter out and handed it me. I said thank you very much, proceeded to walk into the store to do my shopping and never so much as smiled or spoken to this security guard to this day. The funny thing is that I've noticed the same security guard paying more attention to the cart attendants, making sure they bring back the carts people have abandoned with quarters still in them--even retrieving them himself--and then pocketing the quarters lol. He was even joking with a guy going into the store he must have been familiar with around Christmas time, holding up and shaking a bunch of change in his hand and commenting about his holidays. Totally inappropriate behaviour and doesn't reflect well on the store or the other employees, who actually are pretty friendly and doing what they're paid to be doing.

This is my 'home' grocery store. I conveniently live right down the street. If that wasn't the case, I can't say I would frequent here as often as I do... I mean, it is a good 'budget' supermarket... the prices are, for the most part, more reasonable than some others. However, as clichè as 'you get what you pay for' sounds, it is very true! Don't expect to find a 'deli' or any hot 'ready to go' meals... not gonna happen!
