★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the beef and chicken bowl. Both meats were dried. They don't cut off the warm meat from the rotisserie, instead they give you cold dried meats that's kept in the tin. Also, veggies were old. Only good thing was the warm bread, it was delicious. Otherwise, this place is pretty bad. If you want a place that does it proper and everything is fresh, go to pita pita on wharncliffe and baseline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently travelled to London ON and was looking for a restaurant that was close to my hotel. I decided on Shelby's on Exeter Rd. Called the number to order takeout, the person who picked up was probably not having a good day..after I told him I wanted to place a takeout order he said "I'm Busy..wait two minutes" and then he put me on hold. He did not take my call after 4 minutes so I decided to walk down to Shelby's and placed an order. The food is really great and well presented. You should try the Baklava it is authentic and tastes awesome. I could have given Shelby's a 5 star but for that interaction on the phone I'm giving them a 4 Star. When I visit a restaurant or any Customer Centric establishment good Customer Service is what I look for. Maybe next time I will have a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is amazing. Easily one of the best shawarma Ive had in my life. The service on the other hand is horrible. Little kids that have attitude, that don't like their job and take it out on us paying customers. 1 star for service and 4 stars for the food. Too the rude employees if you don't like your job find a new job and talk to your boss, don't give the customers attitude. To the owner and boss, just put a camera with sound and watch how they treat your customers. Remember its because of your customers that you succeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is always super friendly, for them I would give 5 out of 5. And the food is really really good, my family and I come here a lot because the food itself is so good.
However all that being said when I ordered from here last night
(Friday Oct 15,2021) and got a LRG Fries Poutine with extra sauces and the Traditional Chicken Bites and I paid $36 with tip otherwise order was around $32. So for $32 the amount of food I actually got was upsetting, even the chicken bites I actually got was pretty sad! When we used to order the chicken bites it used to come in a bigger container and had at least 10 pieces, now it comes in a small container with only 5 pieces. So basically I’m paying for you to cut my wrap into pieces, which is something I could’ve done myself at home. Currently on your website the wraps are on sale for $4.99 but the bites are $9.99 just because they were cut?? Makes no sense to me ?♀️ How do you go from giving decent proportions for a reasonable price to giving single (at best) proportions but charge for a large and even then ridiculously over charge for it too??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent meal at Shelby’s. I tried both the bowl with the chicken shawarma and the meat shawarma “poutine”. Both were excellent! The poutine wasn’t actually a poutine though; it was a loaded fries since it didn’t have cheese and warm sauce, it was simply fries with sauces and a sprinkle of feta on top. All in all though, flavors were good!
