★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go here if you expect any form of customer service. Went to Fitness Depot London with my sister to purchase some bands and a foam roller. Staff and/or Owner were disinterested in providing us with information on the products. We walked in and no one acknowledged us - we had to ask them if they were employees. My sister was looking for further information on $2000 spin bike and they basically ignored her and directed her to use the internet for more info. First time here and the last also.

When we got home and began assembling our new bench we had a bit of confusion on the instructions but when we called the store we got straightened out immediately. Completely satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how many times I have been in to get equipment for my home gym, but it has been quite a few. If I could do it all over again, I would just send my paychecks directly to he store. Great place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elderly parent's purchased a treadmill from Mike at Fitness Depot in London and early into owning it the treadmill broke. Mike had someone contracted out to come fix it, this service call cost my parents $140. The service man wasn't able to fix it. Now, Mike will not honour the warranty. It's been 1.5 years and Mike will NOT respond to any calls or emails. This is truly a disappointment, with my moms medical condition she relies on her treadmill. Shame on you Fitness Depot for taking advantage of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a recumbent bike and row machine on the advice of the owner after being referred by a friend who had a great experience with him when getting free weights and a squat rack. I wasn't disappointed. The owner took the time to listen to our needs and made thoughtful suggestions that were personalized and tailored to help us meet our fitness goals. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, and patient with all my questions and concerns. The prices cant be beat. We even had some issues with assembly and hardware which they went out of their way to resolve, and both machines have more than lived up to the merit the owner gave them. I could not be happier, and between my wife and I the machine are in near constantly use without a single issue. I'm planning on building a full gym now and I'll be going to the london fitness depot for everything.
