Alex at the pro desk really took care of us and the guys in the lumber yard were great. I highly recommend this store in particular for all you project needs.

When I arrived the next day there was only one left in the colour I wanted and it was an open box return that looked like it had been opened by a wolverine. Against my better judgment I took it. During assembly it was obvious that it had been manhandled. Stripped bolts, smashed grooves, etc. I called the next day and Alex found me a new one and had it shipped to the Lambeth store within a couple days. Great customer service. I'll drive to Lambeth for future supplies.

Definitely different than shopping at Depot. Update: Tried to order a product from another store to this location. Was told it would be a week or so. Waited. And waited. Called back and there was no record of my order and the staff person seemed not to care about the situation at all. It's been about a month now. I'll guess I'll be going to Depot.

You don’t have to walk forever to find what you need, and Copp’s has most things. I would love it if they could improve their return process though. The other day it took almost 15min to return/exchange something I had purchased only an hour before. I’d also love to see better quality products in-store. Keep an eye out for their Civic Day Sale. It’s usually awesome.

The two fellows who made the delivery were polite, safe, and quick with the delivery. They dropped the load exactly where I needed it to be, and left. Thanks to Copps for the attention to their customers. Always a pleasure!
