I looked at many other stores in London and was happy I bought from here. Things were always done in a timely manner, no issues along the way and, professional throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought new flooring for our entire upstairs and had a very good experience with FloorSource.
The only reason this is not a five star review is due to a scheduling mistake for our carpet stairs installation and minor details about that particular install. The flooring installers were great, delivery was well coordinated, and follow up service call we needed for minor defects from the install have been handled courteously, quickly, and professionally.
If you're thinking about any serious flooring changes in your home, do yourself a favour and visit this FloorSource location. We dealt with Karen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some shower tile paid for it... was told 5-10 business days for delivery. It has now been 3 weeks and the tile is not in yet and they cant tell me when it will be in... I could have had my shower tiled 10 times already.. what is the hold up.. called today for an up date.. no response. Don't buy your flooring here!

She was also very responsive by phone and email.
Glad we chose to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company in London to ever deal with, Patrick is the manager of Floor Source however Steve Copps is the owner they are crooks and treat their employees like dirt!! I personally would never step foot in the door of that place and I hate big box stores however I hate Copps. Their customer relation might be good but the time they will scew with extras there are many Flooring companies in London to choice from..m I definitely would not go there!!!!! Unfortunately I am retired Flooring installer and did some work for them and they did not pay me
