★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt is amazing, customer service and customer satisfaction is his calling. I bought a bike from him 3 weeks ago. I went in to just 'see' how much a trunk rack would be for it. Without hesitation, he offered to just give me one and install it for me. No charge. I highly recommend going to see Matt at Eride on Wellington in London for your ebike needs!! Great deals and even better customer service.

Matt was truly helpful in every way possible and if I ever ran into an issue of any sort I brought it back to him and he did everything he could to help. Great customer service for sure. I would definitely recommend going to see Matt if you want to purchase. Oh and the prices are pretty decent too...for what you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pedego interceptor from e-ride London. I found the owner to be very helpful. I have had no issues with the bike at all. It is put together well and works great. The battery life is also very good, and goes the expected distance. I would recommend this place if you are looking for an electric bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super great experience at this store! Matt is knowledgeable about his product and does his best to accomodate. He has a great selection of e-bikes and accessories. I ordered my e-bike during covid and pretty much got it when Matt said I would. A few weeks after having the ebike I had a brake issue. Matt fixed it with some new parts and didn't charge me. He is an honest, down to earth guy and I strongly recommend him and his store!
