★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never in my life have a seen such HORRIBLE customer service and flat out IGNORANT salespeople We went in with the intention of buying a pair of bogswork boot 189$ and sorels 200$ . i had to chase the 2 sales girls REPEATEDLY. Begged for help only to have them turn back (laughing and joking) to their cell phones. The dark haired boy that works there was digustingly rude They have...No idea of their products no knowledge of footwear and EXTREMELY rude kids working there . My husband quietly put the boots he was about to purchase back and we left ! I would give this store ZERO stars if i could STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Boy they just lost A LOT of money as we are repeat customers when we like a store and they couldnt care less !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales associate Dianora was absolutely amazing. I use a cane and a walker and just came in as passing by. Dianora was warm, kind, professional, so insightful, knowledgeable and just through and through so kind. Amazing at her job. Management this is the type of retail person that brings me back and had me write this whole thing. I am not a friend or anything, just so impressed with Dianora, as I come from a retail management background. Got birkenstocks insert, omg. I could feel my back brace loosening up and not all my weight pulled forward. My gf and I used the Dr sholls scanner but the reviews online stated there's not enough support in terms of orthotics.
Tysm Dianora! You were amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible choices..couldn't find a certain style of shoe..asked gentleman working on the floor and he replied "I don't know!" The lady working cash was extremely helpful. Ended up buying 5 pairs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good evening my name is Del Spry I went to factory shoe first time on Friday the 13th I bought a pair of K Swiss shoes the first pair of shoes I was looking at was sketchers but they didn’t have my size. The lady that served me her name was KELSEA. She served me very well I called the store spoke to her thank you very much and then spoke to the store manager and told him how happy I was I wore my shoes last night at the Eagles club playing darts and they’re very very comfortable I showed them to my lady friend that I played darts with and she said I bought them a comfortable pair of shoes and she was very happy. Again thank you very much factory shoes in time I think I will come back to the store and buy myself a pair that I like and I love these ones I recommend factory shoe to everyone wonderful service wonderful staff and definitely a five star. Thanks very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Second time I’ve ordered from Factory Shoe and they have given me great service both times. I believe both orders were shipped from London On. Shipped quickly, order was right, tracking updated. Perfect transaction. Plus I’ve big feet (size 16/17), they have a great selection!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of parking outside the entrance. Wheelchair accessible entrance to the stores as well.
The store is a tight squeeze if you are wondering around. Lots of selection but not always the sizing you are looking for in a specific shoe, so don't get too attached.
The prices are comparable to other stores of the same quality. I always think the prices are going to be amazing and then I remember that you might save $10 or so after hunting for your perfect shoe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shoes my husband originally ordered and were shipped to our house were labelled the wrong size. We wrote to the online store and a replacement pair arrived at our local store the next day. My husband went and picked up his shoes when we heard they were there around 11:00 am. They fit him perfectly and he was very happy. You can imagine with a size 15 foot it is hard to get him footwear and I had purchased these for an early Christmas present. Everyone at the store had a good laugh at the shoes we were sent because they were HUGE! Very definitely labelled wrong, even on the tag on the shoe itself.
I would just like to say what excellent customer service your company gives. You were easy to deal with and very accommodating and immediately reconciled the error which was not one of your employees fault. Your quick response and action was much appreciated and my husband and I will continue to shop with you. (As a matter of fact, I bought my son and daughter in law a gift card each for Christmas, because we never know what to buy them and you have such a vast range of options, they will definitely be able to find something for themselves).
Anyway, thank you again for looking after us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite. Helpful, considerate, employees only 4 stars because for the high price ($300 for 2 pairs) for there shoes they only lasted my husband and I 6 months for both of us and he had steel toed boots but other then that definitely recommend this place but our 3rd time visiting
