After the order got to the store, they contact me directly to ensure I would be able to make it to London or if I had selected store pick up in error they wanted to send it to me. This email was received within two hours of my online order. I wrote telling them all was correct and gave the name of my family member. The assured me that it would be waiting with her name on it. Was so thrilled they reached out. They went that extra step. Will happily order from them again and even pay for shipping

I reached out their Manager Scott, he said to send some pictures and he would reach out to Bauer. Within less then a day, he was able to get approval from Bauer for a full refund of the stick. Incredible customer service from Scott, would shop here again.

Approached a staff member that immediately took me up to the ski section of the store and introduced me to the gentleman working in the ski department. Between the two of them, I walked out of the store more informed on skiing and more importantly with brand new ski's, boots and poles. They easily could've sold me the most expensive brands but they made sure I have the proper equipment for my level of ability. They then went above and beyond making sure the boots were fitting as they should and not causing me any pain before letting me leave. If you're new to the sport of skiing then you definitely need to get set up at London Source for Sports!!

They did a great job of bringing me up to speed on current skate technology (Comfort skates? Heat mouldable? Yes, please!) and teaching me about the various options when getting skates sharpened and how it affects my skating experience. I love the skates they helped me choose and I’m having a blast skating 3-4 times per week!

Recently purchased ski and snowboard boots... they even heat mold the boots to your foot before you buy. No pushy sales tactics, just solid information! Would give 6 stars if I could!
