Slow service. I know its covid. I waited outside you should have told me you dont have time to accomodate me. Waited for 15 minutes no line up. Made come in the store only to tell you have 7 minutes and no staff. I should have gone to another store instead. Thanks

Horrible location to shop at. Twice I went in to try on shoes, and no associate approached me, I had to go to them myself. Then I bought a pair of $150 shoes and realized I bought the wrong size and went to bring them back and received the worst customer service from the sales associate (Starts with N), she told me "I've already returned two other people's shoes like that, I'm not doing yours." I talked to online and was able to get confirmation to exchange them and showed her the email, and when I went back, she said "You're that girl from this morning right? I already told you I'm not returning them." I had to show her the email a second time. She was very rude and unprofessional and because of her, I will not be returning to this location.

Prices were good, but staff didn't speak to us when we entered the store, there were 3 employees there at the time (2 men out front and a woman in the back room), with our group of 3 being the only customers. My daughter had to approach the till each time she wanted to try shoes. She only ended up trying two pairs as one model was out of stock in her size, and did make a $124 purchase... Staff were friendly when spoken to, but not at all efficient when assisting customers.

Friendly service but sales people could work a little harder. Poor product knowledge which speaks to incomplete training and poor management. Although they have a lot merchandise some of it seems just for show as they often do not have more than one rung of shoe sizes in a particular style so you cannot get the size you need or want which reflect a lack of depth. Shoes are high quality but not always available and what they claim is a sale price is often their actual price point or a promotion price they've kept and extended into a different promotion which is deceptive and not quite honest. For the lack of transparency and honest dealing as well as the inconsistent customer service I rate this store 3 star.

Associate greeting us upon arrival .He made himself readily available to us and was very professional and friendly.We purchased a pair of Airwalk HARDIE Chelsey boots (Dr.Martins).Great assortment of colors ,sizes and were reasonably priced.($160).Covid practises were in place which made it a safe shopping experience.Would DEFINATELY shop here again !

I simply walked into the store today at white oaks mall and the young lady employee who had dark brown hair & brown eyes greeted me with annoyance when I was just trying to find some shoes for myself. I explained my health issues and she ignored what I said, talking over me and gave me dirty looks. I was discriminated against as a person with health problems. You guys need to look into this so these situations don't happen again.

Bought mens sandals and tried them on at home. There were very uncomfortable. We live about an hour away, so the next time we went to London, we took them back. 3 days passed the return date, so had to take a store credit. Don't know when we'll use it, don't really want to shop there now. Besides, the three sale poeple (2 first visit and 1 today) were not helpful at all.

Walked in to buy new boots today and was not greeted by one person. Had to go over and ask for assistance. When I did, the girl seemed annoyed I asked for a size then handed me my boots and walked away. There was 3 of them and listened to them talking about manicures. NOT ONE OF THEM CHECKED ON ME! When I was cashing out, they asked who helped me and told them no one really. Was handed my stuff and then ignored. I was the only customer and did not being told β€œsorry we were busy” as a reasoning.
