★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like this place a lot. Very nice place and mostly friendly staff, but the last time I went there I had a very bad experience. There was a sales associate who was not nice at all and was kind of rude. I never wanted to go there since then!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store a day ago and lady there made me very uncomfortable. I believe her name started with an h or something, Heidi or something. She was incredibly rude to me and I noticed her belittling her staff. This was quite a negative experience and I do not believe I will be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GREAT selection! One of the best Rickis/Cleo locations in terms of variety, selection and size availability. Staff was also kind and helpful. Had a small issue that was promptly dealt with. After paying and leaving, I realized the lady who cashed me out didn't give me the additional discount on two blouses that I purchased. Went back and I was refunded the difference. Mistakes happens and I was happy to see it was dealt in a prompt, courteous manner.

I waited in line for 10 minutes because the lady in line in front of me wanted several other items and she proceeded to try them on in store.
There was another lady at the front counter and I asked her if she could serve me, but she said I should continue to wait.
I decided to drop the huge pile of clothes I chose to purchase and I left the store.
If you are making customers wait in line for other customers to shop, it is inconsiderate of your customers who were patiently waiting to begin with. I do not think it is professional to leave someone waiting in line when the first cashier is busy with that first customer, but there is another cashier right at the desk but who is labeling clothes.
I wont be surprised if this branch closes because this was the 2nd time it has happened to me. I'm fairly sure one of the ladies was the manager. So rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management refused to give me their name when I was being polite and simply said head office doesn’t like them giving out their names. I’m a human being, treat me like it.
This was an older lady who was the head manager. Dunno her name for obvious reasons.
Would never recommend in a quadrillion years.
