I found lovebird online and ordered an orchid to be sent to my friend. Lovebird delivered a beautiful orchid within a few hours only. Additionally, since I live abroad it was harder for me to know the status of the order, but Lovebird team made the experience super smooth cause of their prompt responses and great service. I deeply appreciate their effort and I definitely highly recommend this shop for any of your occasions.

What a beautiful place to walk into on a hectic day and be able to "stop and smell the roses", really smell the roses. I have always been treated to wonderful service and a great selection, (makes my wife happy) of flowers, bouquets and neat gifts. It is a great place for that last minute flower pick-up or to order for any major life event. Lisa and the staff go above and beyond.

Erin was extremely helpful and ensured we didn't forget a single detail. We ordered boutonnieres, corsages, aisle runners, centrepieces and bouquets. Everything turned out far greater than I could have imagined and complimented one another so well. I absolutely LOVED my bridal bouquet. It had a surprisingly element - succulents - which was so unique and such a special touch! Thank you to the team at Lovebird. I will forever recommend you.

An employee at the venue even said they were the nicest flowers she'd ever seen in her time of working there. Michelle created exactly what I wanted based on photos and was able to sub in silk flowers for the varieties out of season (you couldn't even tell they weren't real!) I gave a rough idea of what I might like for corsages and table boquets and Michelle was able to create something that I loved! I even changed my boquet slightly a few weeks before the wedding and they were able to accommodate that with no issues. They also delivered the flowers to the venue the morning of the ceremony with lots of time to spare. We had 6 flower girls and expected that we would have to purchased lots of flower petals but Michelle said that wasn't necessary and that we could use what was left from her making our arrangements. For the amount of flowers and the high quality and freshness of everything we were expecting to pay a lot more than we did. Amazing quality and value! You won't regret using Lovebirds for your wedding. They will make your flower dreams come true!

I explained what we wanted in concept, Rachael guided me on the selection. Since this was being sent on behalf of a group of friends (out of town) we also wanted to add a long message and be able to see the bouquet. She was wonderful and sent us a photo of the flowers -- which were perfect!!! I chose them as they are local family business, and I would definitely choose them next time! I highly recommend this florist.

I didn't have much of a specific vision in mind, except that I wanted anemones, and the team did a beautiful job of making a vision I didn't even know I had, come to life!
