★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Some nice product but does not make up for the service.
I walked in to look at some furniture to see two employees talking with one another, two females one wearing a red shirt. Both were hiding in the back of the store. After about 10 minutes of chatting another older female asked them to assist with customers. The two employees walked away from one another and the female with the red skirt proceeded to type on her phone.
Not impressed, not helped, management may need to speak with the the two females chatting and not assisting customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware that "Open Box" items at Structube also include shop floor models. Typically, open box items are customer returns. I would say this practice of Structube is misleading and somewhat sneaky.
UPDATE: Following the reply from Structube, I would like to mention that out of the two end tables we ordered (Open Box), one clearly says London Store Floor Model. Structube: You have good quality furniture. Please improve you customer service and start owning your mistakes/shortfalls rather than vehemently denying wrongdoings. Honestly, I would like to see Structube grow to become a successful international store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the store looking for a number of items. I walked around for 5-10 minutes while FOUR employees sat at the checkout counter chatting. Not a single one said hello, even as I passed by the desk multiple times. I walked by on my way out and said HELLO to one of them, who finally asked if I needed help. I told him “I did” and left. I won’t be returning to this store due to the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first impression, don’t trust them. I purchased a furniture and was supposed to deliver today, the delivery guy called me “ I am 11 minutes away, if you don’t come within 11 minutes I will drop your furniture on drive way”. I called the store and said wants to talk to a Manager, reply I am the manager, okay I said my delivery is supposed to be today and the instant reply Our delivery is 3rd party and we can not help they gave very tight schedule and you should be their as you know your delivery is coming and we can’t help because it’s a third party. I am afraid when I will use the furniture or even assemble and if God forbid anything is not good they will say, We don’t manufacture it’s a 3rd Party and they have tight schedule and we can’t help, Handle your self. I will never buy again from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is based just on what I experienced in store. I was there with my mom who was purchasing a couple of items. The service was prompt and friendly but what I noticed more was the furniture items and how nice everything was and how great the prices were. I don’t live in London but I will definitely look them up online and see if I can but that way. ?☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've purchased a number of products from Structube over the past few years. Furnished our home and my offices largely with their products. But recently we had an issue with a product being delivered without hardware and another product being delivered broken (which is fine mistakes happen) but the customer service we received both on the phone and in this particular store was disdainful, sarcastic and entirely unhelpful. We picked up our last two orders today and the customer service attendant (Sandra) informed us, without being asked, that we couldn't return these chairs if we assembled them. When we expressed surprise at this unprompted warning, given our recent incident with broken furniture (which there was no way of knowing until we had put them together) she explained we were "lucky" they took their broken furniture back. We're going to return them instead of putting them together, Sandra, and then shop elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty large store for Structube, there are living, bedroom, dining and family sections. Because the store is also an open concept, it feels there's quite a bit of privacy while shopping.
Towards the back of the store, there is a clearance section, which is great for bargain hunters. Some of the furniture has defects from being floor models but it is sold as is with a slight discount. Unfortunately, the prices are non-negotiable as it is set by head office. This leaves a bit of a conundrum for the local store manager as they are not empowered to move floor stock earlier than needed.
Employees will wrap and help you carry your purchase as far as the door. You will need your own help if you have to carry heavy furniture to the parking lot. Alternatively, you could have it delivered for a fee.
Located at the end of a huge plaza, there is enough parking space even with a dollar store nearby.
