★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice furniture at extremely steep prices. I'll keep this review short and sweet like my time there. The staff appeared disinterested in helping me likely assuming I can't afford their rediculous prices. They have since moved out of Lucan and to North London however my experience was the same. One word ostentatious.

They are attentive, answer any questions you may have, and offer decorating advice when needed. I find their prices to be very fair for the quality and selection they offer. It’s a pleasure shopping at Warehouse 74!

Megan was extremely helpful and friendly through my process of deciding on a stain and finalizing my order-and everything was done remotely with ease and speed. I can't wait to be able to take a trip down to London in the future and see what gems they have available in store. I am so glad I stumbled across Warehouse 74 online! Anyone in the London, Ontario area-should really check this place out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've shopped at Warehouse 74 for a number of different items for our home - from decor pieces to custom furniture - and it has quickly become our favourite home store.
The great staff are the reason we have returned again and again as we started outfitting our new home. Everyone we've worked with has been knowledgeable and friendly, and the customer service is impeccable.
The prices are very reasonable considering you are getting quality, custom, Canadian-made furniture. This is certainly investment furniture, and we've found the prices to be a better value than comparable stores.
It's a great treat to have a store like this in London!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warehouse 74 went above and beyond "Incredible Service". I custom ordered a LP (vinyl record) cabinet. I have wanted one for a very long time. I talked to Chris, and we came up with a perfect layout. I picked out the exact wood I wanted, the hardware I wanted and we discussed every single detail. It was delivered to the spot in my games room and it was amazing!!! But here is the bad part, I made a terrible mistake. After a long cry, I called and told Chris, I gave him the wrong measurements. I was out about 1/8 th of an inch.
MY MISTAKE!!
To make a long story short, I have it back from the carpenters a week later, and it is friggen perfect!
Would I give Warehouse 74 a 10 out of 10? NO, I would give them a 15 out of 10 for above and beyond perfect service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furniture I custom ordered is beautiful!! I would recommend this furniture 100%. Customer service was great, everyone was very helpful and very friendly. The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is because after spending $4000 on furniture, they still wanted to charge me $100 to have it delivered, which is absolutely ridiculous to me! They should cover this cost after I spent that much money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A newer store that will build custom items for you. Walking around the store the product appears to be quality but very expensive . This is not the store where you walk in randomly and pick up some decorations for around the house. It is a very selective rustic decor store.
