★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt a facility one can call and feel home. Would have given a 5 star if being a staff; I felt like working With family.
Except couple, everyone in management needs to learn how to operate a business with people working for them. Period!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give no stars if I could. As owner of a pharmaceutical delivery company representing 15 pharmacies I have them on a do not deliver list. Delivery drivers are subject to a lengthy time consuming screening process, then to have a swab test. I can assure you no one ever wants to subject themselves unnecessarily the swab. The staff could quite easily accept at the lobby but they wont. Its the opposite of the other dozens of nursing homes we deliver to.
Be prepared to switch pharmacies if you want care here, its unfair to the delivery driver to get a nose bleed and spend 30 minutes to get in the building.
