E	Evan Thomas Knott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PetSmart brand of dog food gave our puppy skin problems. He was scratching and forming bald spots. PetSmart said it was from our over-shampooing but our vet determined it was the food and an allergy. It cost us several vet trips, needles, tests, and months of pain and sleepless nights for our puppy, to determine this. So, I wouldn’t trust their advise or products.
C	C C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my go to store but have hd many issues with deliveries of orders. No care for Customers needs and this is quite disheartening as they used to be good. I understand you run into issues but 2x is one month this is a time for change. Staff was rude and actually hung up before I was finished.

Salon staff were rude upon arrival and the girl we had an appointment with was set to start her shift the same time as our appointment. We were told to wander the store and wait for her to start. I’m sorry, I show up on time and am told to wander? After 15 mins of not being paged as we were told we would be we returned to the salon. Our dog was taken in and we returned when he was finished. Again staff were curt and rude. Paid my $80 after the invoice was shoved at me and I was told to pay and then they brought my dog out. Absolutely horrendous. I’m pretty sure they borrowed safety scissors from a 5 year old to cut him. It’s all different lengths, I’m not sure which is worse - the random long pieces or the spots that look practically shaved. Absolute waste of money for a terrible experience. We will not be returning.

C	Christine Doyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The associate Maddy is the absolute best! She is so helpful and very knowledgeable in all pets! I will be back just to deal with her and ask her questions. She went out of her way to help me with my new pet, answered all my questions. I came in very concerned and after speaking to her and leaving the store I felt so much better. She was right about my concerns and sometimes google just doesn't have the proper information.
