R	Rachel Peterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional staff. I ordered a wrap, and realized it wasn’t grilled (which I realize they don’t do unless you ask) I then asked and the three staff working just rolled their eyes and stood there. I had to ask again if they could grill it and without saying anything the staff member just grabbed it from me. When I was sitting down, one of the staff went to take the garbage down and the two others went to the back room. Some people were waiting in line for a while. The staff member came back from the garbage run and I mentioned that the two customers were waiting quite a while. She proceeded to role her eyes at me and go behind the counter. Customer service is horrible.
K	Kerrie Sullivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to freshii today (around 145 PM) and had a coupon that was from the same location (CF Masonville) a year ago... I was given it because a mishap with my burrito order, which I thought was very nice of them. It was for a free meal, plus a protein with NO EXPIRATION DATE. Come back today, showed them the coupon and they refused to give me the discount because it didn’t say that it was their location. I explained how I got it a year ago and that there was no expiration date so I should still be granted the free meal. There was nothing in the fine print that said I couldn’t get the free meal at this location and, like I said, no expiration date. They persisted to argue that it was old and that I should try somewhere else because they were by no means going to allow it (EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THE EXACT LOCATION I GOT IT FROM). I also received a lot of eye rolls and attitude from many of the workers, which I was not impressed by. So all in all, the customer service was absolutely pathetic and disappointing at this location. They did not handle the situation in a professional manner and did not compensate me by any means. I love Freshii food but the customer service at this location is a major turn down. It would seem that all the good workers that knew how to properly deal with customers left a year ago.
J	Jennifer Ingram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male employee was not friendly at all, I ordered a Buddha satay bowl with tofu, instead I got chicken and the bowl was barely half full. When I asked politely for tofu as well as more veggies, he didn't apologize and made it seem like I was an inconvenience to the problem. Als the noodles were sooo watery. Worse Freshii location I've been to.
C	Clouds Honest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claire went above and beyond while she was working solo during busy hours. She made me and my buddy a great burrito and was swift in taking orders with a lineup and was making them while also having an uber eats order in the queue. Freshii is a great place to eat, especially if you’re vegan/vegetarian cause there’s lots of options.
K	Katie M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so freshii. The areas where they prepare food including the back room do not appear to be clean. There is a fruit fly infestation. The topping containers are a mess, look sloppy. They are also always out of something, mostly dressings which to me means they are not keeping track of inventory. My mom had a dressing that was definitely expired-- tasted sour. The seating areas are not cleaned and have food slopped on them. I love Freshii, but this is not appealing. There are other locations that do not run like this.

M	Madie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last few times I’ve been here the food has been extremely low quality. The noodles are hard and crunchy, the avocado was so black it wasn’t edible. There was no black beans on my bowl, must have been sold out but no one said anything or replaced them. Pretty much paid $14 for rice and corn. The food at this location used to be good. Not planning on going back anymore.
C	C Henderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order at your own risk. I ordered food for pickup at 2:30 on the app and arrived at 2:30 to find a be back in 5 minutes sign. I waited until 3:10, now late for work, when a security officer said they haven't been open all day and have that be back in 5 minutes sign up. The app let me order and said the order is ready for pickup. Extremely frustrating going to have to get my money back now. Never ordering from this location again.
