★ ★ ★ ★ ★ changed my review after a negative experience with one staff member that was entirely indifferent and heartless during a minor emergency to an elderly non-patron guest. the staff should be better trained, the responsibility falls squarely on the management team. three stars, since many other staff members stood out for their decency, patience and understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an open house, which we signed up for. We were not informed that we had to wait outside until the 1 o"clock opening. Not a well organized open house. One lady at the front desk was rude. Overall was not impressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is totally AWESOME !!! My Father just moved in last Thursday and he loves it here. I'm very impressed as well. I had lunch ( in a Private dining room that reminded me of my Grandmother's dining room for special occasions, filled with antique China Cabinets with old china dishes ) and the food was great ( I couldn't even eat all of my main entree ). The Studio Unit he has is just the right size ( and he has alot of stuff ) and the whole place seems more like a resort than an institution. Even has an indoor pool with hot tub. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
