★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent selection of small animal supplies and for good prices, though the state of their betta fish is very poor. I don't remember seeing any suitable tanks for sale there either, just inhumane bowls, though maybe I forgot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I walked in there were two younger girls who were really nice and greeted me and my girlfriend and I looked over at the cash register to see what looked to be the manager with a labret lip piercing wasn’t very friendly looking And more or less looked judgmental Most likely because I am a man of colour. I continued to shop as she stared me down and was just looking for a kennel for my cat she asked me if I needed any help and I said “no Thank you just browsing!” I continued to shop and a minute later she asked if I needed any help as she continued to stare me down at the end of of the isle to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything.. I got my cat kennel and she refused to ring me up or even make eye contact with so she called one of the nicer girls over to do it. Good on the younger girls for being so polite but that one girl Does NOT belong in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the other day and got the pleasure of working with this lovely blond woman she was super helpful and nice! My spouse and I bought a shocker collar for our larger dog and it was supposed to work otherwise the lady said to bring it back for a refund. We went back to do so today and the employees where rude for no reason as soon as we brought up that it was a return... they didnt ask what it was for or even what employee said we could get the return on it... one employee said she had to call her manager and a few moments later the manager came out with an attitude and said she called the owner all they can do is in store credit... we bough almost a 400$ system on the promise that we could get the refund.... definitely will not be going again. Would give 0 stars if I could....

Everything I got was recommended by the sales girl and my puppy loves everything. At the cashier register I was surprised to learn she was a new staff member! Excellent Training Pet Value it is well recognized
