Ruffins has had everything I've needed for all my different pets. Whether I've went in for daily maintenance like food and treats to health care items for senior or sick pets, the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly.

Edit: Thanks for the reply! It was my cat I brought in haha (she really needed a good de-shedding since it's springtime!); Shelby still was fantastic though, with all animals clearly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is absolutely wonderful, my wife and I decided to get our cats hair cuts after many years of dealing with sheading hair. Our oldest Tiger Lilly went 1st and she came out absolutely beautiful, and very much happy and not stressed out. Will definitely be using the service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to buy supplies! Toys, food, and just about anything you can think of for your pet as well as a super nice and knowledgeable staff. I am particularly impressed by their grooming services. Shelby did an amazing job today with my Poodle mix puppy's first cut, Clementine came out looking like a princess!
