Tonight Justine took the time to help me find just the right item when the other was discontinued. She is exactly what customer service stands for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They booked my pup’s grooming for the wrong date, so we arrived a week early and they simply said sorry, and told me I was the second person that day that this happened to. Frustrating experience. Won’t be giving them my business again.

I purchased 2 top paws dog beds for large dogs, the fleece top is so thin there nails have gone through them leaving large holes and exposing the foam, for a 60.00 on sale purchase I am totally disappointed in the product. Normally beds last my dogs 2 plus years with regular washing. I would be afraid to wash this as it would come apart.
Would appreciate a solution or exchange from the store.

They've got some really amazing staff and then also some "meh" staff. A few of the newer girls fall into the latter category. The really tall bald guy and the shorter long haired guy are the best to talk to and are so kind.
Good selection of feeds, toys, clothes and accessories as does most PetSmarts. The shelves are usually pretty well stocked unlike a couple of the London locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. The most helpful, knowledgeable staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with at a Pet Smart. Always have great answers to keep your pets safe and comfortable. Also usually some pretty good deals.
Shoutout to the manager here. He's awesome. Didn't catch his name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is pretty clean, the employees are friendly, and it has a good selection. Prices of toys and treats are extremely high.
Also noticed that the aquariums and cat adoption kennels were kept in pretty good condition, but it looked like the hamster and mice cages might need to be cleaned more regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product review top paws beds for large breeds are not for dogs more than 10 lbs. Purchased 2, fleece fabric so thin my dogs nail went through, only had them a month, normally beds last me 2 years with regular washing. Would love a solution or exchange from the store.
