T	Tanya Candler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst Doctor I have ever been to. Rushed through my appointment. Didn't do a really thourough assessment. I went in because of a pinched nerve in my back, I can hardly walk. The Doctor's suggestion: Do stretching exercises every hour. Great medical advice. Just an OHIP grab. Get em' in, get em' out. The "Doctor" has a poor bedside manner and is judgemental. The first thing he asked me was if I drank or smoked, which I do neither...but even if I did, what does that have to do with my back? Avoid this clinic.

I left 3 messages 3 days in a row because I could not get through to anyone and no one called me back. I had to stop in one day while i was in that area just too book an appointment with my doctor.

The doctor listened to everything i had to say and was open to hearing my thoughts on my symptoms. it was a pleasant experience for my first visit there. will definitely be going back !
F	Frank Sheehan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here. Absolutely the worst experience in a walk in ever. Ever. I was third in line an hour before they opened, and I have still waited 3 hours. I was bumped by another and this doctor has taken 2 hours for 4 patients. I can hear him yelling at a patient in the next room. No joke. Don't come here. Ever!

However, for the last 6 months of so, it is VERY difficult to make an appointment. If they don't answer the phone, which they never. You can't even leave a message, because the message box is full. Dr. Myers himself, is a good doctor for the most part. He needs better receptionists though.

I told the girl at the reception that I would like to see the doctor and she asked me to take a seat and wait. Then the girl disappeared and didn't show up until 4:51 pm and asked one of the patient( an elderly woman who seems really sick and she was having difficulty to walk) to come in. The lady was waiting there for more than 1 hour and the receptionist didn't even apologize for the wait. Then by 4:57 ,young man came and she told that the clinic is closed for the day(supposed to close at 8 pm ). I was really surprised with the behavior of the girl and was really frustrated with their customer service. I don't know who is giving them the permission to close before 3 hours when patients are still coming. I waited till 5:45 pm to see the doctor and he was in a hurry to send me home.
Y	Yulanda Harper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have had Dr Myers for years and we still have him to this day and hopefully will have him up until his retirement. In my opinion Dr Myers is a great doctor he takes the time to fully access your health and medical needs and then finds a proper treatment plan just for you. Dr Myers will be upfront and won't be around the bush when it comes to your health he takes your health seriously that may seem like he is being harsh but this is your life and he wants the best for you. My only real complaint is that the phones are NOT being answered I am calling non stop through out the day to no avail. I don't receive a call back or message which is very frustrating because it's not a big clinic to the back of the building is literally 15 to 20 steps they really need to work on answering their phones or returning your phone call ! If they did that I would give more stars!!

The clinic is God send, thank you for providing such good care.
