★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait time wasn't too bad for a walk-in appointment. Dr. Tang was knowledgeable and compassionate and the appointment with him didn't feel rushed. One of the better medical clinics in London, for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Clinic in the city. Won't visit them again, not me, not my family, not my friends.
They will say that they have referred you to the specialist but after a long time of waiting for a call from the specialist, you will find they have forgotten to refer you. They will say that they accept UHIP but they will charge you with the maximum visit cost and the insurance only will pay you almost half of the cost. Because, INDEED, UHIP doesn't have a contract with this clinic.
Your service is AWFUL, at least try to be honest with the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and doctor were amazing. We waited around 10 min to see the doctor even she apologized for making us wait. Then while we were waiting for prescription, I ask one staff if we can stop by Starbucks quickly and we didn't get any problem for that. over all I recommended Proudfoot clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in for back sprain and the doctor asked me if I have benefits and suggested physiotherapy and massage therapy. She then suggested if I want to get physiotherapy and massage therapy I would need doctor’s referrals or most insurance companies wouldn’t reimburse the money. This is not true, and sadly I decided to believe her and paid $20 for 2 pieces of paper I would never need. I’ve been with Manulife and Sun life insurance and none of them require doctors referrals to make paramedic claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have something nice to say if I wasn't waiting 3 hours everytime I go. They claim to have short wait times, but I went in at 11am and didn't see a doctor till 2pm. Idk how I was waiting that long but that's a serious problem. They stopped taking patients after I got there but everyone sitting here is still waiting hours. No one is leaving the rooms and no one's being called up. Worst clinic. Not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very busy clinic, however, the receptionist was quite professional and the Doctor was excellent. She was very thorough and follow up on test results was again, excellent. I would highly recommend this clinic. The wait is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t ever write reviews, but this is the first walk in clinic with a physician that has actually taken the time to sit and hear my concerns/take me seriously.
Dr. Cramer was incredibly compassionate and really took the time to listen to what I had to say. She was incredible with getting me a referral and told me the exact steps I needed to take in order to continue receiving the testing I need.
The receptionist was also incredibly kind and went over all of the paperwork with me and answered any questions I had prior to leaving the office.
Sincere thank you to Dr.Cramer and her team.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone without a family doctor that is looking for care. 10/10
