The waiting time is reasonable. If you arrive there early then chances are you will be treated fairly fast. They have a new doctor who knows what he's doing. Now it's covid time ...and you can only go there by booking an appointment ahead of time. I called around 9:15 and was so lucky to have a spot at 9:50. I am in the clinic now and they have a very professional lady at the front desk. She is new in here but has been in this profession for quite some years now. She is amazing....thumbs up from me Katie ?

I took my son in on Friday, at 1:45 I’m still waiting for his script to be sent out! I called Saturday I was told either the script would get sent by the doctor or they would call me and nothing again was sent to my pharmacy an I never received a phone call… I then tried calling and no response as it was close to there closing time! I do understand you get busy this is why I waited.. but this is a major error.. my son needs his antibiotics.

Staff were courteous, efficient and friendly. Doctor spent time with patience and took an interest. Best walk-in I have visited. I would recommend this clinic.

Prepare to be greeted by Doctors who are unprofessional, blunt, rude, impatient, and disrespectful. Diagnosis is also 50/50. Some receptionists are too nice because they know you are about to witness groundbreaking bedside manners. 1 star for the sanitizer pumps

I dont think its name appropriate to be called an urgent care, its name suggests a slow care as booking an appointment is hard as winning a jackpot lottery ticket. I consistently called to book a schedule but I hardly get through and the voice prompt always asked me to call again. Within a short span of time, the booking for the whole day is full as early as 9: 30 am! This is insane. I am really disappointed.

I'll admit that after reading the reviews i was hesitant coming here, and i can only speak to my experience. I called around 9:30am and had to try a few times as i was instantly met with voicemail as i imagine they had many calls coming in first thing, after my 4th try i got through and made a appointment for a few hours later. When i arrived i knocked and waited a few minutes before i was let in, after that it probably took 10-15 more minutes before i was talking with the doctor. The nurse and the doctor were both friendly and professional, the doctor was informative and receptive to my questions and sent me to get x-rays down the hallways which is conveniently located. Overall i was pleased with my experience as i know if I went to the emerge wing at any of londons hospital I would have waited twice as long for the same experience if not longer. Keep in mind thats these health care workers are under a lot of stress and are human just like you and me, it can be tiring and stressful to deal with injured and sick people all day that are irritable and angry. Be kind to those that are trying to help.

I'm not sure if these reviews really do much but I feel that I have to share my negative experience. My daughter who is 20 months old was positive with covid on January 10th. Her symptoms started to get better and then got worse again. Her cough had been quite bad and I knew this morning I had to take her to see a doctor. I did not want to overwhelm the emerge Dept as we've been told to isolate at home. I arrived at the clinic to find the posting on the door that said they are not accepting walk-ins anymore and to call the number on the door for an appointment. I called multiple times, and the voicemail was full. I then knocked on the door hoping I could book an appointment.with the receptionist. The receptionist opened the door and I asked if I could book an appointment, she asked what was going on. I explained to her that my daughter had covid and her cough and breathing was not getting better. I mentioned we just moved to the area but our family doctor who is out of town did prescribe puffers which were not helping her. She said "the doctor is not here even and to keep calling and hopefully we'll pick up the phone soon to book an appointment for you".......... Hopefully???? I was in absolute shock that this was the reaponse I received. I was left standing there not knowing what to do or where to go. I'm not looking for sympathy here but just to put it out there, I'm also 31 weeks pregnant with a high risk twin pregnancy and have a broken foot and this receptionist could not even give me the time of the day to even book an appointment. I was left with no choice but to go to the hospital. Victoria hospital immediately took me in as my daughters oxygen levels were tested and were reading 69!!!!!! I told them about urgent care and they said with levels like this an ambulance should have been called. I'm absolutely disgusted with the care and basic customer service I received today. Urgent care may have good doctors but the receptionist with the short hair should not be responsible for dealing with the public. I totally understand and respect the strain that is put on our healthcare system today, however you would think when you work in this type of industry, empathy is a basic trait to have. I will definitely not go back here after my experience and I do NOT recommend parents to bring sick children here.
