★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talked with doc for 2 minutes and told needed puffers and they were going to order them at my pharmacy. Three times checked with pharmacy and nothing. Called the secretary back and confirmed phone numbers but still the pharmacy didn’t receive the order, even 3 days later…thankfully not as necessary when I called another doc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I DO NOT RECOMMEND.Doctor was supposed to call me, he never called. i called to follow up and see when the doctor was going to get to me. Receptionist told me the doctor called me , but I had no missed calls and No voice mail from the doctor office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and was given a time for a virtual call the doctor called right on time, the person who answers the phone at the clinic was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed after they had closed as my pharmacy was not open on Sunday. Great service! Couldn’t ask for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and rude. The doctor was nice though and listened to what I had to say but my prescription was not sent to my pharmacy. I waited hours and called the clinic 4 times. In a lot of pain but still my prescription is not at the pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I left a message and received a call shortly afterwards from the receptionist and Doctor to refill a prescription. Kind, professional staff and quick, efficient service. I've been to this clinic many times and have never had a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do phone appointments only right now, but very easy to deal with and they were very kind. I just left a message and the receptionist called me back later that day, and the doctor called me very early the next morning (before they even start work). If you need an ER go to the ER, but if you can wait a bit, this was very easy for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way they are doing things when I stopped by, is call the number, leave a message with your name and number and if it's within their open hours, they called me within 20-30 minutes which I can wait in the comfort of my own home for, the person took some information, then the doctor called me back 10 minutes later and after a 2 minute call the prescription for an antibiotic for my strep throat was sent directly to my pharmacy to be filled right away. Tremendous service, friendly staff, and an incredible system for shortening wait times for routine walk-ins like strep throat! Thank you for the best experience at a walk-in I have ever had!
I've seen a lot of reviews saying people aren't getting their prescription sent to the pharmacy like they said they would. Make sure the pharmacy checks their phone voice-mail, as that is how they sent my prescription and likely how they sent other's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service quality and reliability of this clinic has suffered significantly from the day they became a phone in consultation clinic rather than a walk-in clinic and for as long as they continue to remain so. They are in fact no longer a walk-in clinic despite their name and should not be relied on by anyone who needs to see or speak to a doctor.
It seems they are convinced for the time being that phone in consultations is the best way to serve the public which of course it is not and it does not take someone with a medical degree to know that. Their receptionists are limited to a smattering of responses conditioned by whatever internal policy they have about seeing and speaking to clients and are often very unhelpful.
Consider going and or phoning in to another clinic for your needs first before attempting to connect with the Doctors Walk-In Medical Clinic for the time being as they project the impression that it is what they prefer anyways to remain safe from what they think a client might bring into the clinic that might endanger them.
