A	Amanda Holly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic was recommended by a friend, who also had a great experience! I was in and out in no time. The staff was great, and super friendly. I had gone in for Strep throat, and they were able to do a swab right in office and confirm the results (which saves me 3 days of waiting for a lab to confirm it). I left with my antibiotics, and am feeling much better. Will definitely be using this clinic again!
A	Andrew Szemeredy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a TV doctor clinic. Very efficient for waiting time. The support staff is smart, intelligent, professional. If there is a long wait ahead of you, they automatically tell you when to come back and they reserve that time spot for you. So you had better come back on time. There is a number of TV doctors I've seen, they give good advice. Never bad advice yet, in three or four visits. One Caveat: the process involves the convenor taking a photo of your affected area (if any) and sends it to the doctor. The doctor will analyze the answers the convenor asked and you gave, and the photos, if any. From stepping in to finish, so far is about 10 minutes. This is the only difficult part. The photos don't lie, but they are not the same as looking at you with the naked eye. I have been given two parallel systems of healing, complete with prescriptions and instructions, because the doctor could not tell from the symptoms and the picture if it were a fungus infection or a bacterial infection. If he were in the room, he could have. So I healed, but the treatment was provisional with a parallel treatment. I would give them a five-star, if it were not for the weakness in the technology of needing to analyze a photo which in this case was not unambiguous for the doctor. The area of this clinic is full of unfortunate people, many of them are drug users and such. Please be respectful with the support staff and the doctor, they need the break of getting treated nicely.
A	ARlene Antoine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to book but still had to wait. A staff member had no mask on. Two patients had no mask on. No one told them to put it on properly. Small waiting room too many people too much of a risk.

D	Di White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for an in person appointment on April 20th at 2pm today Citi plaza location. An email and a text at 12:30 was sent to me to remind me of my appointment. I show up and I'm told no doctor is in today??? Wth. Makes no sense. No wonder reviews are so low
j	j M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is literally hidden inside of an active pharmacy, there was a small child running loose behind the pharmacy counter, 100% not safe. I had an appointment for 11:40AM and I was only taken in at 1:30PM. I would say book a phone or virtual visit as the dr sees you from a zoom call even in person but even with phone appointments they run an hour behind. I would never return or recommend this clinic to anyone.
J	JULIE SPROULE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to make the appointment online initially, but when we needed to cancel there was nowhere on the site to do so and of course only an automated voicemail on hold until I finally gave up. Appt was for 9am, we arrived and were told by the pharmacist outside the door that they didn't even open until 930, but then he realized it was Friday and advised the doctor is never there on Fridays! Maybe the site shouldn't book appointments if they aren't even open! Very inconvenient, will not be rebooking there for sure!
J	Jade Fisher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not what I expected or what was advertised. I wish that I read some reviews before booking but it was a bit last minute. I looked for the nearest walk-in clinic to my work and that is how I ended up making an appointment "in-person" appointment. Their website did not make it clear that this location is actually a virtual appointment located in the back of a pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was really nice but unfortunately this was not the level of medical assistance I was looking for. My ailment was not clear to the eye and required a physical assessment. I'm giving two stars because maybe if I had time to read more reviews I would have not made this mistake. Additionally, for some situations this might be just fine. However, I also think this is falsely adverse as a walk-in clinic with "in person appointments". If I had know I would have gone somewhere else or made a phone appointment.
