★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally don't leave reviews, but this is the WORST medical clinic I unfortunately had the opportunity to visit/deal with. They never answer their phones, and they don't have a place to leave a voicemail. I am an actual patient there who has been waiting for a referral for a very serious issue that they clearly do not care about. The only time they have ever answered my call is when I called them 20 times in a row. Their hours are all wrong on many different websites and I have made countless trips to see that they aren't open cause they do not update their stuff. I just want my medical records so I can go to a real clinic/doctor. Hey Highbury Medical, if you see this call me ASAP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are only open monday, wednesday and friday for 5 hours each day. 15 hours a week. Are you kidding me? Why would you even open a medical facility if you're not planning on staffing it? This was a problem well before the pandemic, too. Even calling them is extremely difficult because there is a loud TV in the background of the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I kept quiet about this for so long and finally decided to share my story so no other patient become the victim.
I came to this clinic once to get a very specific birth control (Alesse) prescription because I forgot to bring mine and my family doctor was in a different city. The doctor I saw here pushed STRONGLY that I need to get the Yaz birth control and wouldn’t write me a prescription for Alesse. It felt uncomfortable but I was young and just really wanted to continue taking my pills so I agreed. When I started taking it I felt awful side effects so I googled and realized there were multiple lawsuits against Yaz.
I have come to realize later that the doctor at this clinic had a deal with the pharmaceutical company to prescribe as many medication from Bayer as they can. This is an incredibly corrupt practice and the doctor would put the patients health in jeopardy to fill his pocket. There needs to be an investigation.
