I find them kind, professional and they don't rush through your appointment.

The next 3 appointments I made they kept sending me emails and texts saying they were running late and then never called again. Thanks for wasting my time and good thing my prescription was filled by another doctor. Luckily it wasn't a critical situation.

Only downside was I got 4-5 texts afterwards saying they were delayed and would call me soon, even though I’d already had the appointment. Minor inconvenience though.

I like that I can choose which doctor I see, I find it helpful to be able to see the same doctor when it’s a follow up to a previous issue.

L	Lorraine Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a telephone appointment at 11 two weeks ago to get ultrasound blood test results after having serious symptoms and not seeing a doctor for 3 years. Got boiler plate texts and emails several times that there were 4 patients ahead of me. Those stopped shortly after 12 pm. Never did get a response. Waiting for test results is pretty anxiety provoking. I couldn't reach a live person when I called the number on the website. Left a text on the doctor's apparent phone number, sent an email to the website. I booked a subsequent consult this week and again got a boiler plate result that 8 patients were ahead of me for several hours then communication got silent. The other day someone called to say they've had computer issues with their system for 10 + days with lots of apologies. Someone was supposed to call me today with test results I've been waiting on. Nobody called, nobody explained. I see only one doctor is now available for consults - did the other one quit? What is going on here!? Do I have to go to the office and demand my results so that a another doctor can interpret them? Was the alleged computer glitch for more than 10 days false? Just want my test results so that I can move on from this false My Doctor Now outfit. Do I have to go to the College to get help? The person who called cited computer glitches and re-entering my appointment manually for today which was supposed to have an effect. I'm speechless at the incompetence.
