The doctor called me on time and the whole appointment was fast and efficient. A prescription was faxed to my pharmacy right away and then even when there was a issue with the medication (my fault, not theirs) they responded promptly to my email and quickly responded to the pharmacy's request for a medication change. I would definitely use this service again if I'm ever in the situation where I need care immediately and it's outside of my doctors hours

M	Malavika Menon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there frantic coz my little one had hurt himself, was almost their closing time too, just when most other clinics didn’t care or bother to even take a look at my kid stating “closing time” the receptionist at LDRS was so empathetic and kind and ensured my son was registered and taken care of ! Thank you ?

Absolutely horrendous service and every interaction is them refusing to look into issues with the booking system, stating they’ve been fixed when they clearly hadn’t been; and being sent unnecessary charges for requisitions that can not be charged for. Whoever manages this individual needs to have a serious conversation with them. It is ridiculous and it is every single interaction. I have many screenshots from emails that I am happy to share to whom may be able to assist me. As someone who has worked in customer service for years I have never come across anyone this rude and disrespectful and someone who is so unwilling to help with even the simplest of tasks. The doctors who work here are great, but the entire experience is ruined any time I have to interact with this individual.

The intercom needs to be placed inside its way to loud to hear anything with it being right beside the busy main road.. which causes communication errors. And I would brief your staff on how to talk to human beings with compassion/empathy and basic respect. These are people that are seeking medical attention!?. They don't need the obvious attitude from your admin staff. If you are telling someone to come back.. completely fine..but don't be an utterly disgusting human about it.
