Bombay spice has each and every Indian products including groceries, cosmetics, vegetables, kitchen utensils, pooja samgari, snacks and so on. This is one of the best Indian store I found in London city. Staff is very friendly. Smit and Dipen always help to find something. Thank you for your services. Highly appreciated

They have almost all spices, snacks, frozen, pickles, cosmetics, and also god section, all types of lentils, ready to eat, chapati and many more different kind of items available which even I don't know in India. They have fresh vegetables as well which comes from India every week. And the main attraction of the store is well organized and cleaned all the time. And also I would like to add that when we enter in the store it feels like we are in India.
All Staffs are very co-operative and friendly. I found it is the best indian grocery store in London.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganized shelves. Vegetables are not as fresh as shown in their advertisement, not a big fan of those. Main issue is missing price tags for lot of items or sometimes incorrect pricing. You have to find someone to help. Upon asking the staff, they tell you less than actual price without checking and then at checkout it comes with higher price, still not accepting that they are giving false information. Experienced this multiple times. It's not worth to argue for few dollars, but you have to be hoenst when we ask you the price, if unsure please go check it but don't assume. It's all about being truthful to customers and make their shopping experience better.

Before that I went to many other Indian stores but I couldn’t found the thing I want. So I can say that Bombay spices is the only store in London city which have lots of products and varieties. Other thing I like the most is their customer service, which is far better than other nearby grocery stores. Appreciated, Keep it up guys.
