P	Paige Forrest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I ordered at this location( maybe the second time trying this one) on uber eats but normally order from the huron one where everything is always perfect. The entire order was a mess. We ordered two medium of the same soups and the decided to give us one large… fine whatever. Then they didn’t give us the salad with our combo either that we paid for. I always get the jambalaya soup and it’s always a nice level of spice, this time it was extremely hot to the point of being un edible for me. The sandwich my friend ordered arrived such an oily mess. So much wrong. So disappointed:(

I asked them to go light on the mayo and instead I got a soggy sandwich drenched in mayo. There was no crispness to the toppings as they were drenched in sauce. Very disappointing from a location that is usually top notch.

When we got home the soup was not in the bag they gave us, additionally the sandwich was cold and not even toasted. There only solution was for us to drive all the way back to pick up the order they screwed up from the get go. Its seems not that difficult to just put 2 soups in a bag and toast the sandwich we ordered. Very disappointed as we've had great experiences in the past. Likely won't return.

Alwase friendly, professional staff who genuinely care about costumers and the product. Been to many times and never a complaint, went to the Commissioners location once, and regretted it. Didn't even get a spoon... which makes perfect sense, because you know, you sell soup. Also, no crackers, and the soup was room temperature not 20 minutes after getting it. Love the Piping Kettle, but if you don't have the service to match your product, it isn't worth the business. The sandwiches are also very amazing. If you like home made, healthy, hearty soups / stews, you need to try this. Just exercise caution when choosing locations ;)
