★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ONLY eye place you need!! I called almost every single place in Red Deer looking for something specific, other places not only did not have what I needed but did not have great phone manners, either!! Since first contact, all of the girls out front have been beyond amazing and very helpful. Dr. Wan was fast, efficient and made sure I was completely happy with my prescription and contacts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely phenomenal eye exam!. He was very informative & friendly!. Which was very helpful since my eye sight had drastically changed (the wonders of aging lol)
If you're indigenous with treaty status they do direct bill. I do advise to phone in & request a preapproval for your eye exam. A wonderful lady called them to assure my eye exam could go forward without moving my eye exam appointment further. (I can't say they will do this every time) However, I wanted to note the staff went out of their way for my appointment. Excellent staff, very friendly & helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks are wonderful! Dr. Wan took the time to address all my concerns and completed a very thorough eye exam and ensured an additional OCT was completed. Once available, he took the necessary time to review those results. All along the way he ensured to address any questions I might have had. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. As well, everyone did their part to ensure I was satisfied with my new prescription lenses. I am extremely satisfied with my new prescription and Icon Vision Care (Red Deer) I highly recommend them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wan is professional, thorough, and kind. The staff are also exceptional. I've been attending this clinic for several years doing routine eye exams and contact lens fittings. I was always impressed with these routines appointments, but their wonderful care became even more obvious recently when I experienced a potential eye emergency. Dr. Wan and his staff were extremely accommodating and handled my situation promptly. Since, they've done amazing followup. I'm so grateful to be a patient at this clinic. They also have an awesome selection of glasses and I've always found exactly what I'm looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason has been looking after my vision and glasses needs for years. Recently brought my children in for eye exams. He was exceedingly patient and kind with them (as he is with me). Very nice, professional staff. Couldn't be happier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved it!! I have had eye problems all my life and I am always so disheartened, and depressed when I leave the eye doctor cause it always felt like I was failing. But Dr Jason went through everything with me, encouraged questions and even went as far as to get my old eye records from other doctors to check things over to see if anything was wrong. He also expressed a genuin interest in the health of my eyes. Everyone was friendly, and helpful (I honestly talked to much) but still would highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best Experience! Dr. Wan and the wonderful staff were truly amazing. I got a same day appointment! I can get a bit anxious going new places or doing new things I haven’t done. The team here was so patient and friendly and while being fast and efficient so it doesn’t take all day without ever seeming impatient! One stop shop and referrals were booked for me with clear instructions on where to go and why I’m going and I learned some neat things about my eyes! Thanks Icon Vision Care !
