★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection and friendly staff. Went to Walmart first and they had two styles of kids boots for $60. Went to Shoe Company second and they had several dozen styles varying in price from $40 and up. Much better place to buy footwear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do like the large selection of footwear for both men, women and children however the staff needs a turnover. I would like to know why they demand an e-mail address and phone number in order to allow me to purchase shoes?? The lady I dealt with yesterday was extremely rude once I refused to give her my e-mail address. She stated that without my e-mail address I would be unable to return my shoes if there was a problem. Since when is a receipt no longer acceptable to return an item? I told her that the last time I had given out my e-mail I was bombarded everyday, 3-5 e-mails a day was too much. She said that they wouldn't do it this time. I doubt it so I didn't give it out. Its really too bad when staff behaves this way. It stops me from shopping there and from recommending this store.

Great place tk buy shoes as theres now limited places to buy decent fairly priced shoes around anymore. As a few competitors we used to shop at went under. But they have kids shoes through adults for men or women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered online and needed to return some items at the store. Once there were 3 people in line, another sales associate opened her till so it would be faster. My return went smoothly and quickly. I had told the cashier that I wanted to try one of my returns in a larger size. She pointed me towards the area in the store and said I could look there. The shoe was not in that area and I ended up finding it in the clearance section but not in a larger size. It seemed odd to me that she didn’t help me more to find the shoe, as there were no customers in line and minimal customers in the store at the time.
