★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by for shoes and work boots. They had a brand new sizing machine and didn't know how to use it. The old manual sizing plates were already removed. I was suggested to start trying sizes and see what fits. That is not why you pay extra for Red Wing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were rude about returns. Stated that we could return if not fitted properly, and then upon returning them staff were not going to accept return and said will not allow any further returns for any other purchases. Not great service in my opinion

Red Wing has terrible mouthy customer service. 415 dollar boots have fallen apart and I was told if I wasn’t so hard on them they would have lasted longer. Thanks red wing for the great customer service will be sure to shop elsewhere for new boots. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store hours align terribly with the most common end day times for primary customers. Most people buying boots from here work in the industry and get off between 5 and 6pm, so its not even really possible to make it there before stores closed. Apart from that, have always loved my boots from here, but I won't be shopping here anymore due to very inconvenient store hours.
