This is is wonderful, always has what I'm looking for in my size. Also the staff are do helpful. The manager does a great job making sure your taken care of and takes time to help her staff out if they cant find a size etc . Will definitely recommend this store to friends in the future

If I could I would’ve put no stars *read this until the end: Exactly ten days ago I went to get shoes from this store. The sides of my black “old skhool” vans came apart. Thus, naturally I went back to the store to return them and get a full refund. The manager of the store said she could be of no help with this issue because this was the manufacturer’s fault and not hers. I understood she didn’t make the shoe but I also understood that she sold me a 65$ product in HER store. Later on, she said her store sold nothing but “high quality products” which means that she must guarantee quality. I did nothing out of the ordinary white these shoes except for walk and run which is what I’ve been told shoes are meant to be used for. After those two arguments she used to defend herself didn’t work she went on to say that I ruined my shoes on purpose. I did not try and “ruin my shoes”. She tried to blame this all on me which was truly disgusting. She then continued to say that vans usually tear from the sides like that and that hers tore from the sides. If she accepts to waste 65$ on shoes that don’t last more than 1 week and 3 days then she can go ahead but I won’t accept that. Furthermore, a few of my friend have vans as well and they’ve had them for a few years and they’re in great shape. One of them plays sports with them and they look undamaged. The manager told me that I probably bent them too much as she demonstrated how I must’ve made a square with my feet by pointing them and by pointing my feet by sitting on the desk. First of all, shoes are made for walking thus I did just that: walk with them. Second of all, this is a brand thus I expect high quality for the high price I paid. Third of all, it is simply absurd and rude for a manager to blame a customer for a product default. I in no way would recommend this store to anybody because of its terrible quality of shoes and customer service. ***For those who can’t read this till the end: I bought shoes and used them as anyone else would (to walk and run). After 10 days they were ruined. So I went to see the manager and she didn’t wanna do anything about it because “it wasn’t her responsibility or fault”.

Absolutely love the store here in Bower! Great service everytime I am in. Felt bad for the staff dealing with an irate customer who ended up being escorted out of the store by police as he refused to accept the policy set by the head office, not local staff. He was making it difficult for anyone else to shop and should be ashamed of his behaviour. People, remember staff are not there for you to abuse. They have to follow the policies set up by the company they work for, they are not the heads of the business. My shoes here have always been great quality and I will continue to shop here for myself and my family :)

Helpful staff. A great assortment if price competitive shoes, bags, luggage and other accessories.

Walked in and 2 girls at front till just stared at us without greeting us or helping us. Just stood there silent, went closer to till to look at toques still said nothing and walked into the back room. Good to know the service is still bad after years of management switching. Go to journeys for your shoes, they will gladly help as I went there right after and actually got spoken too.

Great store and staff, the girl with black hair and bangs helped me, very polite and knowledgeable of the products. Will definitely be going back there.

The girl with black hair working December 30, 2021 around 3:45 p.m. needs a serious lesson in professionalism. She was eating her meal at the front counter while helping customers, also chewing loudly and was on her phone. Seriously?! My friend has been in this store before and had complaints about the same girl with black hair, don’t think I will be returning.

I personally love coming here to shop everyone is so friendly and always a good enviroment. There's one girl there with black hair and bangs that helped me find the perfect shoes. Very well knowledge of shoes and fit the best shoe for my lifestyle. She continued to give me amazing service and helped me pick out a banging beanie too! She made me feel beautiful and confident in my purchases and definetly someone who knows what theyre doing. I will definately be going back!
