★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to switch to another provider because of the poor customer service. Once, one told me I have a crapy phone ( even if , how dare you?) and another time my daughter forgot her toy on the counter, the following morning I was there at 9:25 am to grab it, I was seeing the toy through the window but the store was still closed so I decided to go grab a coffee and came back at 9:35 am but the toy was not there. The girl at the counter insisted there was no toy, I was becoming very irate until I ask for her manager and to see the cameras... and all of a sudden she pull out the toy. Where is customer service nowadays?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. Renewed our plan on the basis that we qualified for free extra data. Took forever in store. Then checked our acct a couple days later. No extra data. Went back into store and was told oh sorry I guess you can't get that deal. He told us the first night that he was putting it on our account as we stood in store. Also the deal started out at 2 gb of extra data for each of the three phones (6 gb total) but that changed as the process went on. Feel really taken advantaged of and out and out lied to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a mobile phone which was not working properly since day 1. Got back to the shop and requested to replace my phone...
Rejected!!! I had to prove why it is defeated in order to replace my phone. What a joke!! I am not a cell phone expert but I know this never work properly. I had a lot of research over 1 week for proven out that my cell phone is defeated
... anyway It was a nightmare. I will never buy anything in this shop. Staffs are very rude and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people I've dealt with have generally been barely competent in their ability to complete their job. Not impressed with the service I have received. Would not be returning if I had more options. I will deal direct or not at all. Will be looking into a new telecom company asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this store waited for 2 hours to pick up my phone and the staff Wasn't able to help with any inquiries. And when it came to it. They didn't honor the deal that was pre existing deal prior to pick up. And made me call customer service to handle it. while they sat their and played on their personal Phones.
