Rogers and Koodo was just problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been with virgin since November 27 2021 and I mist one payment so they started sending me some good deals like Disney saying it is free but it’s not free you still have to use your data to watch it I can’t use my phone to phone anyone I paid my account and I still can’t use my phone I know they got the money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to commend Emma at Virgin Plus in Bower for her excellent customer service today! My husband had his phone stolen, and Virgin chat disabled his number at our request. When we went to see Emma at Bower, she was able to reverse that with his new phone and new Virgin SIM card so that my husband has been able to keep his phone number. It was a complicated process and took some time, but he now has a fully functional phone again. Thanks Emma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be with Telus, but after stopping by the Virgin store “just to see” what other deals were out there, I ended up switching to Virgin. Not only were the deals better (i could upgrade my phone and lower my monthly payments!), but the customer service was also top notch! The manager, Emma, helped me out. She was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy that I made the switch and that Emma made the experience quick and painless. Thank you!
