Poor response time/care for the client/lazy? Twice now we've dealt with a "Tammy" there. Back when we were looking for a loan, we had to constantly call her and check in for updates and such. We ended up getting the loan super last minute because she never called us back. Never touched base with updates. Not once. We had to chase her around. Second time it was the same thing. We were waiting Weeks to find out if my husband was approved for a credit card. Never did hear from her and I don't have the time to chase her around for a "yes" or a "no". If you're looking for someone to handle your banking inquiries, don't book with Tammy. She just won't ever go out of her way to get back to you.

Like any big bank you'll have good experiences and bad. For the most part this branch has done alright for me. Sarah has provided great, friendly service that exceeded my expectations of a bank.

Constantly short staffed. They just switched their hours to 10 - 3. What a joke not even pretending to be a bank u can access anymore. Good luck getting help over the phone too. Their atms have eaten my money before and they told me a week before they would have answers. I don’t know if there’s better banks out there but I’m looking for one

Not impressed with this institution. Been a RBC client for 20+ years. First time for me to have a bank problem that occurred at this branch. Tried recently for the past 2 weeks and still is not resolved. We had a account closed due to a cheque book stolen. We noticed that money is still coming out of account over and over repeatedly charging NSF charges. As customer care why not call client and follow up but nope instead left it and eventually charge the client by sending to collections. Account was closed why should we pay for a banks mistake. They're supposed to help keep your money safe right? It's not looking like it will be resolved.watch your money

Nearly impossible to speak to someone on the phone. There are no direct phone lines listed online, and the automated voice thing is not helpful at all except for the most basic things. Once you finally guess on how to get through the menus to speak to a representative, be prepared to sit on hold for a VERY long time before someone answers your call.

RBC's gatekeeping is the worst. Can't get through to a branch by phone. After navigating their crazy phone menus and inputting all the information, the automated message just says they are too busy, tells you to go online and hangs up. However, you the online system does not allow you to schedule an appointment without an account. Not sure how this bank is attracting any new business. There are much better banking options.
