★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had went into the store to get a promo we had been emailed. The employee sent us away and told us we needed to phone to get the promo. Left the store and phoned and the guy on the phone told us the codes didn’t work and we had to go into the store. Feeling extremely frustrated we went back in and dealt with Shaf. She was amazing and so helpful and got the job done right away without the headache of the other two. Thank you Shaf!

I was extremely frustrated with the online service and Bell mobility customer service I had to go into a store. Tristan was the representative that assisted me. Excellent job Tristan on helping me with the upgrades and being so transparent. I will be coming back to this location to help me in the future.,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hadrik was amazing. My son and I went in Wednesday evening to get my son his very first cell phone. I had lots of concerns about data and usage and accessibility for my son. He went over all the phone options to choose from, the plan best suited, the data blocker, etc. It was an awesome experience and my son left over joyed with his first phone!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tori at the Bower locations, and she really went above and beyond to help me out. I had spoken with her earlier in the week where she helped put me on a special order list for the phone I wanted. She contacted me AS SOON as it came in. I came in the same day she notified me, and she helped me sort out a new plan with a great deal... And even helped me pick out some awesome accessories for a STEAL of a deal. She was super understanding and helpful in areas I wanted to save more and encouraged me to do what felt right for me, all while offering her insights with her professional opinion. Awesome service from this associate! Super helpful, very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend!
