★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two staff were working when I just went to the kiosk in Bower Mall. One staff member was being extremely rude to me as soon as I walked up. She rudely told me she couldn't hear me speaking through my mask instead of politely asking me to talk louder or to remove the mask. When I removed the mask to repeat myself, a trolley was rolling by and she rudely pointed at it as if to tell me to wait to speak till it rolled past. I was appalled at her rude demeanor. Luckily another very friendly employee was working and took over immediately. I'm glad because I was about to walk away. These are difficult times and I feel like a little kindness goes a very long way.
